We are women ranging in age from 35 to 98 and we come from diverse backgrounds and countries, bringing our own unique gifts and abilities to be used in God’s service. As our motto puts it, we seek to do “everything for God alone, to his greater glory and more perfect love.”
As Sisters, we devote ourselves to spiritual nurture, welcoming, affirming and caring for all we encounter, whether it be in Boston, Duxbury, Haiti or New York City. We strive to live a balanced life of active work and contemplative prayer, and are committed to partner in mission with others who share our passion for a world of justice, mercy and peace.
Our mission of hospitality calls us to welcome people to our houses for times of refreshment and renewal, and move out beyond our dwelling places to serve those in need. Our mission is to go where God leads, to share Christ’s light, and to help the thirsty find the Living Water.
