The Farmhouse Guest House
The Farmhouse is a pre-Revolutionary War building that was recently restored. Many of the original details are still evident in the house, such as the original ceiling beams and hardwood floors. One of the Sisters lives in this Guest House on the first floor and we use the second floor as retreat space for small groups or individuals. The first floor consists of a dining room, small prayer room, living room, and kitchen. The second floor consists of three single bedrooms, one double bedroom, and two full bathrooms. All linens, blankets, and towels are provided. Breakfast is self-serve in the Guest House: the noon and evening meal are eaten at the Convent with the Sisters. The Farmhouse is both air-conditioned and heated. $75.00 per person per night, room, and board. A 50% deposit is required to confirm reservations.

St. Marina’s Guest House
St. Marina’s is a large 1940’s era house overlooking Duxbury Bay. The space in the house works well for small groups such as church vestries and staff, women’s retreats, groups of writers and artists, as well as families. There are nine bedrooms, including two with queen-sized beds and two rooms with two twin beds. The house has five full baths, two on the first floor. A large screened-in porch, living room, dining room and kitchen are also on the first floor, providing space for gathering. All linens, blankets, and towels are provided. St. Marina’s is both air-conditioned and heated. The rate is dependent on many factors, so please call for more information. A 50% deposit is required to confirm reservations.

Bertram Conference Center
(Day space only: no sleeping accommodations)
The Bertram Conference Center accommodates day groups and provides meeting space for groups staying overnight in our other Guest Houses. Groups are responsible for their own meals, and may prepare them in the kitchen or have them catered. We have a list of suggested restaurants, grocery stores and caterers available upon request. The largest meeting room can accommodate up to 70 people. Two of the three spaces have gas fireplaces, and there is a large deck for use when the weather is warm. A large gas grill is located on one of the decks. Bertram has been used for oboe master classes, church vestry retreats, university group retreats, healing and dance retreats, wedding receptions, family reunions, and yoga classes. Parking is available adjacent to the building. The rate for use of Bertram is $300 a day. Full use of the building including the kitchen is $450. A 50% deposit is required to confirm reservations.
Guests at all of the facilities have access to our private Duxbury Bay beach.
